Perched directly on the slopes of Snowmass Ski Area in the central Colorado Rockies, Top of the Village is a condominium resort set on 12 acres and surrounded on three sides by mountains and forests. Our extraordinary location gives you easy ski-in/ski-out access to world-class skiing, snowboarding, and mountain adventure. Winter or summer, there are fine restaurants, shopping, culture, and nightlife a short walk down the hill on the Village Mall and in world-famous Aspen, just eight miles away. Condominium style comfort, freedom and privacy make Top of the Village an ideal choice for a vacation with family and friends, and for small meetings.

Each spacious condominium has at least 1,080 square feet of indoor space and is individually owned and furnished by people who love the mountains. Choose two, three or four bedrooms and you will have the conveniences of home including a full kitchen, separate living and sleeping rooms, fireplace, dining area, washer & dryer, private balcony or patio with gas grill, entertainment components, and daily housekeeping.

Enjoy sweeping mountain views from your spacious living room and balcony, or experience how simple it is to walk out your sliding door to the slopes. Elevators in each guest building allow quick access to the slopes, saving you from walking in ski or snowboard boots and giving you more time to enjoy the mountains. After a day on the slopes, relax in the pool, hot tubs, and sauna. A friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you make the most of your stay in our spectacular mountain setting.

Our complimentary shuttle is on call to take you throughout the Village. If you come by car, covered parking is assigned when you check in at no additional charge. Snowmass offers the finest skiing in the world, with more than 3,000 ski-able acres out your back door. Your lift ticket is valid at four ski areas within an 8-mile radius: Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk. Discover our 5th mountain--an extensive network of cross-country skiing trails, meticulously groomed for you to enjoy back-country vistas and the serenity of an alpine environment.

A trail leads from Top of the Village to the boundary of the Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness, offering solitude, nature's beauty and the opportunity to watch wildlife while snowshoeing, skiing, or walking.
